WHAT WE COLLECT
We get information about you in a range of ways.
Google Calendar data. Once authorised through Slack OAuth consent screen, we will have permission to synchronise your some of your workspace's data: users and channel names. We only access this data when you, or a member of your team that you have granted permission to, uses the WFHLAND application and where that data is needed to provide core functionality such as notifying a team-mate or providing an accurate and convenient to access structure that mirrors your Slack workspace (i.e. channel names and enabled members). We will NEVER share this information outside of your team for which you have granted permission to access the information (and could access it directly on Slack anyway).
Google Calendar data. Once authorised through Google OAuth consent screen, we will have permission to occasionally access (on your behalf) the events you have listed in the calendar you have given permission for. We only access this data when you, or a member of your team that you have granted permission to, visits the 'Meetings' screen. The only use we make of this data is providing a convenient user interface for seeing availability (or non-availability) within your team, and when the current meeting will end (so when you would be able to contact that team member again), or so that they would know when is best to contact you. We DO NOT store this information, but instead, access and deliver it directly on demand within your team. We will NEVER share this information outside of your team for which you have granted permission to access the information (and could access it directly on Google Calendar anyway).
